I like both Jenn's and Teresa's ideas, mostly because I'm nd elementary librarian so my focus is on youth. I would have a hard time choosing which of the 2 I like better, as both topics are dear to my heart. On the one hand, the need to focus on properly serving the target area (children/teen library needs) is crucial, I also believe strongly in teaching children to be their own censors in stead of doing it for them. I'd be in favor of either topic.
